20lbs need to go!
I'm 5'7, female and currently 154lbs. People have asked me or my husband if we are expecting... seriously?!?!? I'm sick of it!!! I want to lose 20lbs. I have tried numerous diets over the past year. force feed?
Some days I don't meet my daily caloric intake. Like today I am about 700 calories short (about 300 of those are added for calories burned with exercise). Do I need to force feed myself these calories even though I am not hungry?

Eating after 8pm...?
I am an RN and work 12 hour shifts. I don't get home until 8pm or later and I'm wondering if its bad if I eat when I get home. My food choices aren't crazy.
