This is my new fitness goal. I find that I have become super busy working a few part time jobs and being a full-time grad student but that this business has led to me regaining 10 lbs that I have already lost once. SO I am starting this tomorrow. Period. Its 3.3 miles per day, or you can change it up if you need rest days.
So I just 'downloaded' the 30-day shred... I'm 5'6'' 138lbs but in awful shape (I don't exercise, but am trying to get fit..). I only finished 9 minutes of this video and had to stop! Anyone else struggle with this???
