If I do a Bodypump class or even a weight lifting DVD (we're talking max 25 lbs lifted at a time), can I use my heart rate monitor to calculate calories burned? I've heard conflicting things about whether a HRM can be used/is accurate to calculate weight lifting calories.... thanks everyone!
