try, try again - so that's what I'm here to do. Trying again. I had a lot of success mid- to late- last year and then fell off the wagon. Heck, the last 3 months have been filled with emotional eating and I find myself right back at square one. So new start and my mini goal is to drop 10% by April 30th.
