Fatigue and Gluten
Hiya , Ive never been tested, however I suspect that my hits of fatigue are directly linked with eating gluten products. I have eliminated gluten from most of my meals , however on occasions where I eat both unhealthily and a standard product, I feel just exhausted. Does anyone else experience this? I am NOT under my calorie goal !
I really appreciate the MFP tool, and I find it easy to use, mostly convenient and manageable. What works for me, is that I do not log 'everything' I eat. For example, if I make a dish, I will log the main protein and carbs, but generally I won't go through and add a recipe and include the oils, vegies, spices etc.…

Can low FAT calories lead to being hungry...
I have eaten well into my calorie range today, yet am peckish and not really satisfied. I just had a look and found while I am up with my protein and carbs, my fat count is low(ish) - I have consumed 18 out of a possible 52. I know these are only ranges, but do you think it is possible that I am hungry because of this?
