I am a college student ready to make a lifestyle change and lose weight! I am looking for others join in on this journey for motivation and keep each other on track!
Looking for some running advice. I have been training for a 5K for about a month and am currently running 1-1.75 miles per day. The race is in 3 weeks and I am having a hard time getting up to that 2 mile point. Any advice or tips to getting to those longer distances? Thanks!
