Looking for some running advice.
I have been training for a 5K for about a month and am currently running 1-1.75 miles per day. The race is in 3 weeks and I am having a hard time getting up to that 2 mile point. Any advice or tips to getting to those longer distances?
Thanks!

I'm currently doing c25k and up to week 6 so still no doing complete runs. Maybe change up your route a bit? Or map out 5k in a run and just keep going at it even if it means walking some of it, each time you'll surprise yourself and gradually complete the whole thing. Good luck with your race0
