Need Help Finding Walking Shoes
Hi :) I am walking daily with the dog we adopted and I am loving it. The problem is, my shoes are worn out. I need some semi decent sneakers. Eating Exercise Calories? Not Eating Exercise Calories?
I have read that you should eat exercise calories.. or you should not. It makes sense to me to eat the calories MFP gives us then what we exercise is that much more we burn.. or am I looking at this wrong? Thoughts, ideas? Thanks :)
