I made it under 300 pounds. And I cried.... yes, I'm aware it's a scale victory... but it was huge to me. Please don't be mean. :(

Thank you for the motivation. I've been on and off the wagon so many times I can barely keep track. I will be sticking with it this time. :)

Thanks a lot everyone :) I will see what running stores I have locally and get fitted :)

They don't go big enough. :(

Sounds to me like you are building muscle.. maybe slow down on arm exercises for a few days? or lighter weights?

Thanks for the responses. I think that right now I will not eat my exercise calories.. but later when I am closer to goal, may readjust.

To be honest with you, I think the only thing you may need to worry about is sugar.. but it depends on what sugars you are eating. Are you eating 100 calorie packs of cookies or a nice piece of fruit? Your vitamins should be fine. PS. I'm not a doc but hope it helped :)

I gotta say thanks.. so much.. You have NO idea how much of a kick in the *kitten* this was for me. Really. You are an inspiration.

I have about 154 lbs to lose. I could use a few friends on here to keep me motivated too!

I use xylitol, there is a brand called Ideal. It is wonderful stuff. Tastes like sugar too, it's a NATURAL product, not a chemical sweetener and tastes a million times better than stevia.
