I searched and couldn't find this on the message boards. I use MFP to count my calories as well as the calories i've burned working out (though i've been slacking lately during holidays lol). I recently started jumping rope and I do 1 minute on, 1 minute off...so my question is, when i put that in my phone should I count…

1200 calorie diet
I'm training for a 5k so I usually run an hour to an hour and a half every day. When I don't run, I try to keep a 1200 calorie diet. I'm 168 lb male and pretty active. Trying to lose 18-20 pounds. Point is, I easily burn 1000 calories a day, so what is to few calories?
