Help! Haven't lost weight!
Hey guys! I'm new to these boards, so don't be too cruel! I have been doing T-25 for a little over 2 months now. I do it about 4 days a week, sometimes 5 or on the 5th day i go for a 2 mile walk or 4 mile hike. I eat somewhat healthy but i do like to eat.
