Soreness - how long to wait?
I've just started lifting and using some of the machines at the gym and obviously I'm experiencing a little muscle soreness :laugh: How long should you wait until you get into it again? Should I just wait a day in between or should I wait until the soreness is gone??

Low Fat or Full Fat items???
I've read mixed posts regarding this and just wanted peoples opinions. My aim is not really to lose "weight" but I'd like to lower my BF% to gain more muscle definition.
