Hey everyone, So with school and papers and rugby and all that I've completely fallen off the wagon with my eating and exercise. Despite knowing that what I'm doing isn't helping at all, I just can't bring myself to care. Any advice, encouragement, etc? It'd be super appreciated. Thanks! Erika
