Ok so I used this website to calculate my BMR and TDEE: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced It says my BMR is 1939 and me TDEE is 2853. So 2853- 15%= 2425 is that how much I'm supposed to be eating? I was also wondering how often should I recalculate this number? Every time I lose a pound? or maybe…
