Ok so I used this website to calculate my BMR and TDEE: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced
It says my BMR is 1939 and me TDEE is 2853. So 2853- 15%= 2425 is that how much I'm supposed to be eating?
I was also wondering how often should I recalculate this number? Every time I lose a pound? or maybe every 5lbs?
Thanks!

Hi there!
Yes, if your calculations are right, you are supposed to eat that many cals
But you don't eat your exercise calories back-they are already considered in your TDEE, unless you burn so much, that you would net below your BMR.
You recalculate every 5 lbs gained or lost
Hope that helps.
