I just completed the first day of the C25K program but I'm not sure how to calculate the calories I burned doing it. Any suggestions???
I'll keep this short but since most boards have tons of comments already, I just want to know what I should or shouldn't be consuming. MFP gave me calories of 1560. I eat that, and work out 5 days a week. I burn anywhere from 200- 600 calories. Is this ok?
Just wondering what the net amount represents when it comes to the food and excercise calories? Want to make sure I'm losing weight properly.
I'm new to my fitness pal, I had my fourth child 6 months ago and the weight well its gone nowhere. I want to make sure that the calorie limits I was set are healthy for me while also nursing my daughter. Is there a setting for this or any recommendations?
