I'll keep this short but since most boards have tons of comments already, I just want to know what I should or shouldn't be consuming. MFP gave me calories of 1560. I eat that, and work out 5 days a week. I burn anywhere from 200- 600 calories. Is this ok?

Probably. If you're hungry you could eat some of the 200 - 600 extra deficit created by exercise, but if 1560 is good then go with it.

Sounds great to me...MFP set me at 1610, I work off (and eat back) about 300 four days a week. Its working great...I'm losing weight at a steady slow rate....and I feel awesome!!! Give it s chance....it works.

eat back your exercise. if you read carefully in your goals page, MFP figure of 1560 is NET which means you should be eating that much AFTER exercise has been accounted for.

You can search the topics boards for answers....

But yeah, you should be eating 1560 net, which means eating back some/ most of your exercise calories.

Burning calories is good. Keep in mind you should burn half of what you eat if I am not mistaken. The few calories I do burn may not be half but if you have a fast metabolisim that helps alot! Also take vitamans, drink milk, stay away from junk, and I try to plan my day a head of time.
