Somebody Stop Me!
So I'm good all day and eat right, am on track calorie wise and everything else... UNTIL after I get off work and sit in traffic for an hour. I just want to grab fast food and when I get home I am HUNGRY and eat too much and eat junk. HELP!

Calcium
:huh: On the tracker under the nutrients chart my goal is listed as "100" per day. I know the daily recommended amount of calcium for women over 50 is 1200 mg per day. Does anyone know how many milligrams "100" per day is on MFP? I'm not sure how it is measured here.

Binge / Getting Back on Track
I've done well since trying to lose weight the past month. But, today was the day from HELL. I was so grouchy and irritable. Hungry! 1200 calories a day is so hard for me.
