HELP! JUST STARTED, HAVING PROBLEMS-HELP
i JUST STARTED THE PROGRAM ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO. i JOG/WALK ABOUT 4.5 MILES FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS. BECAUSE OF THE EXCERCISE, I AM EATING WAY UNDER MY CALORIES, BUT MY SUGAR AND PROTEIN SOMETIMES CARBS ARE HIGH. HOW CAN I FIX THIS??? PLEASE HELP
