Resistance Band Users, how do you record?
Just got a set of bands, recommended by my doctor for some strength training, and have gleaned quite a bit from this site re: different routines and exercises. anyone use a recumbent bike?
I use one at home every day... I weigh around 370 lbs.. and I do it for 30 minutes a day, approx 18Km/hour for most of the time. I am sweating by about 10 minutes in, and am definitely short of breath. At first i figured this to be "moderate effort" for stationary bike.. but it says i burned 579 calories... how can that…

Anyone with PCOS here? I was diagnosed 6 yrs ago, now finally taking Metformin.. been on it for a week.. starting with a half dose, and finding it's messing with my digestive system..
