Anyone here use the Hasfit.com workouts or materials. The site posts free workouts and seems to have links to lots of different types of resources. I'm wondering whether there's enough substance to justify further attention. Any users?
I'm looking for a few good local friends and workout partners. I'm angling to get back to triathlon training and would like to meet people - real or virtual - for support and training. Currently I cycle, run, swim and do heavy conditioning work. I'm rather tired of going this path alone though. Any takers?
