yoga, zumba...
i've never tried yoga. does it help with weight loss? zumba sounds fun because i LOVE TO DANCE!! does anyone know of any good yoga and zumba videos? preferably cheap ones........ or what are your favorite dvd workouts that i should try?

starvation mode?
if your body really does go in to starvation mode with too few calories, then how come people who are anorexic are too skinny???? and even when i do weight watchers, my points leave me under 1200 calories, but i always lose weight. i guess i'm just upset because i'm not losing and even though i may have gone over a few…

here i go again....
gaining weight, can't seem to lose it. i've tried a boot camp with a 1200 calorie per day diet, lost no pounds, just a few inches that came back shortly after it was over. i've tried south beach and weight watchers and weight watcher plus. i'm desperate. i do plenty of cardio and watch what i eat - nothing comes off! pants…

that time of the month....
so someone help me out here. if i get on those scales and there is no change this week, could it be being bloated right before my period? i always seem to have a harder time buttoning my pants right before but then others tell me it shouldn't be before and it's just during your period. thoughts?
