Calorie intake
Im confused. so if i eat 1200-1300 calories before working out how many calories am i suppose to burn to loose weight ? and am i suppose to eat those calories after i burn them?

How do you control your desire to eat junk ? When I get bored I just want to eat like candy or sometimes I want an ice latte, how do I spot these cravings ?

Serious Question
So I usally workout around 7:30 pm. My calorie intake is 1200 a day and when I workout I burn 300-600 calories am I suppose to eat to intake the calories I just burned even though its so late in the day because by the time im done working out its 8:30-8:45pm & I go to sleep at 10 - 10:30pm ??? Please help me
