EATING AT NITE TIME...
So I have been noticing that I have a couple hundred extra calories at the end of the day every day(these are earned calories from my exercises). I know its not wise to eat late at night, but I also know we are supposed to eat the calories we burn. Which trumps the other? HELP! :noway:

sugar issues
This is my third day at this and MFP says I should be consuming 34 grams of sugar a day and I'm always going WAY over. But its from fruits, yogurt, etc. its not like I'm eating cookies and cakes. SPINNING
So I went spinning last night for the first time and it was all I dreamed it would be (and I mean that in a bad way - well a bad way that was actually good)!
