Help! I am only 4 pounds from my goal weight of 125 but I am not happy at all with my outer thighs/saddlebag area. Any tips?

Do you count cleaning?
I saw that they have cleaning as a cardio exercise on MFP. Would you add it to your exercise or would you consider it just part of your regular daily calorie burn? What do you think?

Plateau
I have been working out and counting calories since June and have since lost 13 pounds. But the past two and a half weeks my weight has remained the same.
