I finished. Fastest pace was 8:50 but I usually aim for a 10:00. I'm 5'6" and over 225 (and that's the most you'll get outta me ;) ) I am very excited to go on to the distance runs instead of just times. One more run this weekend and I'll be into week 3!!!
