I want to increase my fitness level.
OK I am so ready to step up my fitness level. I have lost and I am proud of that so far, but i am ready to take it up now. Looking at my exercise and food intake are there any educated suggestions on how I can do this?

Hello i am a 29 year old young lady who is used to being in shape. After a rough 2011 I found my self 40 pounds over weight and I am ready to get it off.
