Getting too many Carbs!!! Help!
Hi All, well - I only started using My Fitness pal yesterday, BUT - I keep going over carbs & protien, the protien does not bother me much because I donate my Plasa twice per week that will go to patients in need, BUT how can I stop earing so many carbs? Do I need to stop eating Breads & Fruits? Any sugesstions would be…
