Getting too many Carbs!!! Help!

Hi All, well - I only started using My Fitness pal yesterday, BUT - I keep going over carbs & protien, the protien does not bother me much because I donate my Plasa twice per week that will go to patients in need, BUT how can I stop earing so many carbs? Do I need to stop eating Breads & Fruits? Any sugesstions would be welcome from you! Thanks, Jill - in Des Moines, Iowa

    yes stay away from breads, pasta, rice, and anything with sugar...

    as for protein dont worry bout it as MFP really mis calculates the amount of protein one needs... im 175lbs right now n i eat around 220-240g a day
