This might be the most random topic by far, but does anyone else notice that you only do hiit 25 twice out of the entire program. Did Charlene forget to add it more then twice lol.
Hi all, I feel bad yesterday I skipped core 20. It was just one of those days. Now i'm kicking myself wishing I would have completed it. Today I have low hiit 20 so I'm thinking maybe I can do both.
