I to have knee pain, it seems like it only happen when I started TF. My right knee kills me at time so thats when I try to modify the workout. I know sometimes I don't pivot correctly which could also be a problem. Like yourself, I dont wont to push myself to hard BUT TF IS MY LOVER!!! LOL

I heard a lot of people do the core 20 on there off days, but I just give myself a rest. It seems like I have more enegy the day after.

I started TF on the 1st so today will be the end of my week, so far I LOVE IT. It is so much fun. I must admit Im still out of breath and I have to follow Ali(I think thats here name) to make it to the end. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I notice that I lost inches all over. Today I will do the core 20 wish me luck.

Hi ladies I started day 1 today which was fire starter and stretch 10, I had to stop at the 16 min mark because my lower back started to hurt( Aunt FLOW:grumble: ) I want let that stop me tomorrow because I'm loving it.

HANG IN THERE!!!! I am on L1 D6 as well and its pretty tuff for me too. My knees are always popping :sad: and im only 24. But other then that I enjoy it a lot. its just the side lunges while raising the weights to eye level is the killer!!!!
