Rest days

So today is my rest day but I feel like I need to do something, even just a low intensity workout. What do all of you do on your rest days?

I take my rest days off! I do dishes, wash clothes, clean up, sleep a littler later lol I bust my butt doing those workouts 6 days a week lol When 1st started I felt like I should b doing something, so I asked my coach & she told me I needed a day off. & it makes sense, dont wanna get burnt out on it. Whatever u decide to do, dont do a HIIT.0

I heard a lot of people do the core 20 on there off days, but I just give myself a rest. It seems like I have more enegy the day after.0
