Hi all. I will not be on for the rest of the weekend. Today I am going on a tour to find painted turtles at our waterfront. It is approx 5 miles. Not surei will make all 5 due to the ankle....we will see. Wish me luck and I will see what you have been up to on Mon. Stay with it folks.

USDA web site which compliments MFP
Just left my nutrition class at Portland State Univ. and it so compliments this app. If anyone is interested there is a USDA program called https://www.choosemyplate.gov/SuperTracker/default.aspx. It is awesome and breaks down the nutrients not just cal,fat, prot, etc.
