I have always heard about people feeling great after they exercise. However, I have found that after a good work out I get weepy. Its not that I am in pain, and I don't feel sad or upset. I can't help it, and I HATE this involuntary emotional response. I can have trul;y enjoyed my exercise and been smiling most of the time…
My fiance just announced that it was pie day (he meant pi as in 3.14) I got really excited about it and then I realized what he meant. :grumble: This made me wonder, do you have a certain day that you want to eat more on, or certain foods?
