Snacks to hold me over?
What are some nice light snacks that are great for holding me over till the next meal? Are a large amount of grapes acceptable? Absolutely no chips/pop/candy? Diet bars (100 cal cereal bars) are they actually worse than companies advertise? Snacks are dangerous to me. Need control i guess. Suggestions?

Hi, My name is Kevin and I'm 18 currently 5'11, 230 lbs. I tore my ACL and meniscus a year ago and blew up to 260 over a course of 5 months gaining 40 pounds.
