Snacks to hold me over?

What are some nice light snacks that are great for holding me over till the next meal?

Are a large amount of grapes acceptable?
Absolutely no chips/pop/candy?
Diet bars (100 cal cereal bars) are they actually worse than companies advertise?

Snacks are dangerous to me. Need control i guess. Suggestions?

    Apples, pears, oranges, plums (any fruit you want really), rice cakes, seeds, nuts.

    If I'm hungry I'll have a apple or something, if I'm still hungry I'll have another. I'm usually satisfied after that. :)

    you could try a serving of the special k multi grain crackers and a light string cheese or a greek yogurt all are good sources of protein
