lloyds HRM - Help!
Hi Guys, I have just started trying to use my Lloyd's HRM, the heart rate seems to be accurate, but I can't work out how to read the calories, it says I have burnt 144 doing nothing! Any help would be appreciated, is it defective or am I reading it wrong?
