I just joined a gym
So I joined a gym and have gone a few times and I :explode: am becoming acclimated with the machinery and everything. But how am I supposed to know how much time on cardio and weight training. Also, which cardio machines burns the most calories ?

Has anyone, or know of someone, that has tried the Skinny Fiber diet pill? They are supposed to make you feel full and help lose weight.

HRM
I am thinking about purchasing a HRM primarily so I can get an idea of calories burned, as well as, making sure heart rate in the right target zones. Those of you using them, do you think calories burned is pretty close to accurate? Those that do not use one, is there a reason?
