Double up on weight lifting
I been doing weight lifting for several months now. My arms/shoulders look good, my legs are awesome. As for my back I still have rolls back there, chest still needs work and for my abs well I know that will be the last thing to come. QUESTION ON CALORIE INTAKE
I was looking more into my calorie intake and looks like I need to be eating more calories a day. I have updated my calorie intake a day. I am just wonder if on the days I don't work out should I go back down to my 1200 cal intake for that day?
