Tell me it's not true
I added my breakfast today and according to the stored food items 1 hardboiled egg is 155 cals. Is this true or am I doing something wrong? If it's true I guess I will have to stop eating eggs and opt for something lower in cals

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS
I logged my cardiovascular exercise and the 900 cal I burned. I also logged my strength training, but it did not give me any cals for the exercises, nor did it even acknowledge I did any. What am I doing wrong?

Diet Plans
Has anyone here use jenny craig or any other diet plans while using this site? I find I do better with meals that are pre prepared. I find that I can follow that more easily than cooking my own meals. Can I incorporate Jenny Craig with this site?

Been away
I have been away for a while but now I am trying to come back. I have been so frustrated not losing any weight even though I have been working out and trying to eat the right thing. The real crux of the matter is logging EVERYTHING one put in one's mouth. Keeping track is definitely the way to go and this site is fantastic.
