Trying to maintain
I am 5'2 and went down to about 117 pounds for my wedding. I have gained and am currently around 123 now. I would like to just maintain the weight I am at now and MFP has me at 1560 calories/ day. Over my calories every day!
I can not seem to stay with in my calories. I am over by approximately 200 calories every single day. While I do need to exercise more, I feel as though I have a pretty healthy diet. Any tips for calorie reduction without feeling hungry all the time?
