I got a FitBit zip a few weeks ago, and have been using that as a gauge for my calories burned (I'm a server, so on the days that I do work, I burn WAY more than days when I don't, so I wanted to eat accordingly.) Running and cramps.
This is getting really frustrating for me. I can't run for more than 2 minutes without getting this cramp right inside of my left hip bone. I've tried running with no food in my stomach (although I have a cup of coffee about an hour prior to running), but nothing changes. Any advice???

Scared to Maintain...?
I've reached my goal weight, and I just updated my goals and settings on here. To maintain it says I should up my calorie intake from 1480 to 1700, and that makes me really nervous, thinking I'm gonna put weight back on? Help!
