Running and cramps.

This is getting really frustrating for me. I can't run for more than 2 minutes without getting this cramp right inside of my left hip bone. I've tried running with no food in my stomach (although I have a cup of coffee about an hour prior to running), but nothing changes. Any advice???

I would definitely practice the breathing if you're not already doing belly breathing.0 -
Hmm, interesting. I feel like what I have is different from a 'side stitch' as it doesn't occur in the same spot that a side stitch does. It's right inside of my left hip...0

I used to get the same thing. I did two things. I made sure I was breathing deeper while I was running. I noticed I was taking short choppy breathes and that helped. I also started drinking more water. Hope that helps. And your gait is the way you run.0
