Struggling overcoming an ED.rough morning!
Gained close to 10 lbs in a matter of 2 weeks. Trying to eat healty but somehow I am slipping up and gaining.. I don't want to be fixated on the number but my ultimate goal is to be more toned and weigh less at the same time. Suggestions?
Its 9:46a and already i have messed up. I had mcdonalds for breakfast and now i feel so depressed.
