Is there a way to create a plan for the entire week with MFP? Then maybe check off, or add as you go thru your week. Or an app that integrates that does the same thing?
I started an account on twitter just to post fitness and healthy life things. I'm trying to loose a good chunk of weight and haven't been able to buckle down. Anyone on twitter looking for some daily accountability too? @health_up
When I do the elliptical I feel like my *kitten* is being handed to me and I'm drenched in sweat. But my heart rate is usually between 120 - 135 even doing intervals. When I do the couch to 5k (run/walk off and on) my heart rate will go up to 170, but I don't feel like wiped at the end. Which is better for weight loss?…
Trying to kick things off again and get in shape. Thought I'd use twitter cause its easy to post status', pics, weigh ins and stuff. Be cool to have a small group of people to see peoples daily progress. Anyone else have twitter? Follow me @Healthy_up
