Can you create a weekly plan on MFP?

Is there a way to create a plan for the entire week with MFP? Then maybe check off, or add as you go thru your week. Or an app that integrates that does the same thing?

    What do you mean by plan?

    If you want, you can go in and pre-log all of your food and anticipated exercise(s) for the week. As you get to the day, you can add/remove things you actually eat/drink/ and workouts you complete/don't complete.

    Yeah it's brilliant, a lot of the time I've planned 3 days ahead!

    I will keep it short! You are on the right track. If you can remember to do the 5 P's it can lead to success. "Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance."
