Cheat Day...
What are peoples opinons on having a cheat day to eat what you want? My mom is doing a diet where she eats right for 11 days and then cheats Friday and sat. Shes lost alot of wieght so far but wouldnt that sooner or later make it harder for you to lose lbs. just kind of wondering if I should allow myself one cheat day…
