Good Morning my friends....so I got me some vitamins yesterday. Ultra Women's Pack which contains a Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Calcium, and Cranberry. I also picked up a bottle of Cayenne Fruit. Question, do any of you use vitamin supplements? If so, what and have you seen where they are beneficial?
I have just downloaded the C25K app from Amazon and I am excited to start the program. Any tips from those who have completed it, and/or are currently doing it would be great!!!
