Anyone else start to break out (acne) on their face/anywhere else after starting to use whey protein? I'm 21, have had good skin my whole life, then started to break out around the time I started using it.
Started powerlifting/working with free weights (the heavy ****) back in May. Anyone else do this? Helps keep the skin tight, muscles much more defined, and burns fat, too.
