Making progress - started 2 weeks ago
When I started 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 176. I'm now at 170.5. two weeks later. The pic on my profile was when I was 155. Well, the trick to my weight loss has been switching my lunches to eating light progresso soups. they are light and filling. I've lost about 5 lbs so far in 2 weeks. I have 30 to go!
